Standard Appointments If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. ⸻ Weddings & Event Bookings For weddings or group/event bookings, the retainer is non-refundable and will be forfeited if the event is canceled. The remaining balance will not be owed unless the cancellation occurs within 60 days of the event date. Cancellations made within 60 days may be responsible for 50–100% of the remaining balance, depending on how close the cancellation is to the event date, as outlined in your contract. ⸻ Rescheduling One reschedule may be allowed without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance for standard appointments or 60 days in advance for weddings/events, and if a new date is available. Additional reschedules may require a new retainer or deposit. ⸻ Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened in order to stay on schedule, while still being responsible for the full service amount. In some cases, the appointment may need to be treated as a no-show.
